Dalai Lama Teachings in Dharamsala India ( 02-05th December, 2014)

As your journey in life progresses, so does the need to grow in the soul..to increase everyday the wisdom which comes from the heart, to walk on the path of spiritual growth.

In Dharamsala, there is much which can lead us to nourish the heart. There is the Yoga Guru up in the mountains, the flora and the fauna which bring with them the healing of the green and of course the ever chanting monks who bless every traveler who seeks the Buddha within him.
